1. Property Access
By scheduling services with CLH Land Solutions, the client authorizes CLH Land Solutions, its employees, members, contractors, and authorized representatives to access the property on the scheduled service date and during reasonable hours for the purpose of performing the services requested and agreed upon.
The client is responsible for ensuring that CLH Land Solutions has reasonable and unobstructed access to the areas of the property where services are scheduled to be performed.
2. Preparing the Property for Service
Clients are responsible for properly preparing the property prior to the scheduled service date. All reasonable efforts should be made to remove personal belongings, equipment, toys, decorations, lawn furniture, and other items that may interfere with access to or completion of the requested services.
The client authorizes CLH Land Solutions to move small, lightweight objects when reasonably necessary to access the work area. Examples may include small toys, lightweight lawn furniture, or similar items.
CLH Land Solutions employees and representatives will not be responsible for moving large, heavy, oversized, or difficult-to-move items, including, but not limited to, grills, large furniture, playsets or playground equipment that is not permanently attached to the ground, recreational equipment, or similar objects.
When CLH Land Solutions moves an item for the purpose of accessing or completing the requested work, the company will exercise reasonable care. However, CLH Land Solutions shall not be responsible for damage to personal property that occurs while moving such items, particularly where the item is fragile, unstable, improperly placed, or otherwise susceptible to damage.
3. Reporting Property Damage
CLH Land Solutions takes reasonable precautions to protect the client's property and does not anticipate causing damage during the performance of its services.
If the client believes that property damage occurred as a result of services performed by CLH Land Solutions, the client should notify the company as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of completion of the service.
Prompt notification allows CLH Land Solutions to investigate the circumstances, document the condition of the property, and, when appropriate, submit a claim through the company's insurance carrier.
Clients are encouraged to document any alleged damage with photographs and provide those photographs to CLH Land Solutions when reporting the issue.
4. Payment for Services
Unless otherwise stated in a written estimate, agreement, or official invoice issued by CLH Land Solutions, payment for completed services is due in full by the end of the business day on which the services are performed.
Any payment terms specifically stated on an official invoice or written agreement provided by CLH Land Solutions will supersede the general payment requirement stated above.

Any resulting additional scheduling requirements or costs may be the responsibility of the client when permitted by the applicable agreement or invoice.
